岗位职责
1.负责产品的上传，店铺数据的整理包括平台产品刊登上架以及店铺日常运营维护优化等工作；
2.研究平台政策，熟练运用平台政策制度，维护账号安全，保持店铺良好的好评率；
3.跟踪订单信息，处理客户投诉,对客户的退换货及退款进行妥善处理；
4.具备数据分析能力，通过对销售数据的分析来调整采购计划和优化推广策略，提高销售效率
岗位薪酬：
1.流水的10%~15%你的利润，每周约100- 500美元，多劳多得；
2.综合单店一个月利润在1000-2000美元左右，无上限；
岗位要求
1.自备电脑并且熟练使用，每天有1-2小时时间来操作；
2.具有运营经验，可接受零基础，要有执行力；
